Membership Eligibility
Service Membership is open to any person who served with, or supported, or was otherwise engaged with the ADF or the Armed Forces of its Allies for a minimum of six months.
Cost: There is no annual Service Membership fee.

You can download the form, complete it and return it in person to the Toukley RSL Sub Branch office.
All sections must be completed and you must provide evidence of service and the application must be witnessed in person (at the Sub Branch Office) for approval.
