The Toukley RSL Sub-branch has approximately 180 members, together with 20 members of the RSL Auxiliary. The committee is elected 3 yearly at the Annual General Meeting.
Toukley RSL Sub-branch Head Office is located at The Ary, formerly known as the Toukley RSL Club Limited working for the Toukley area. Members and guests are always welcome.
Monthly meetings, to which all Sub Branch members are encouraged to attend, are held on the first Monday of the month in the upper meeting room of the Ary, formerly known as Toukley RSL Sub Branch Club. Meetings commence at 10:30 AM.

Toukley RSL Sub-branch is an affiliated sub-branch of RSL NSW which in turn is affiliated with RSL National.
